At North Idaho Direct Primary Care, three physicians deliver family medicine, functional care, and an expanding suite of restorative and aesthetic therapies from their Hayden, Idaho clinic. Dr. Richard Samuels opened the practice in 2012 as Idaho's first Direct Primary Care clinic in North Idaho. The practice converted fully to DPC in 2014, making it the oldest DPC provider in northern Idaho. S. Army physician. Dr. Dane Mosher joined in January 2023, bringing IFM-certified functional medicine expertise. Dr. Julianne Cameron has served Kootenai County patients since 2016.

The practice runs on a monthly membership of $150 for adults. That fee covers unlimited visits, direct text and phone access, same-day appointments, wholesale medications, and at-cost labs through LabCorp. In-house medications run approximately 95% less than local retail cash prices. North Idaho DPC also operates North Idaho Med Spa, which launched in May 2022.
