Members pay an annual retainer fee that covers comprehensive primary care from Dr. Possner. The membership includes unlimited office and telehealth visits, same-day or next-day appointments, and direct phone access for urgent issues outside regular business hours. North Bethesda Primary Care does not bill insurance in addition to the membership fee.

The practice does not bill insurance on top of the membership fee. Many members carry insurance for specialist referrals, hospitalizations, labs, and other services outside the practice. The annual retainer covers all visits with Dr. Possner directly.

Yes. Dr. Possner conducts telehealth visits via Zoom. Members can choose between in-person appointments at the North Bethesda office or a virtual visit, depending on their needs and location.

North Bethesda Primary Care offers same-day and next-day appointments for members. Urgent issues that arise outside regular business hours reach Dr. Possner directly by phone.

The practice sees adults age 18 and older. Dr. Possner serves patients throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, including Washington DC, Rockville, Bethesda, Silver Spring, Clarksburg, Potomac, and Reston.

Yes. The practice offers a complimentary 30-minute meet-and-greet for prospective patients. This gives you a chance to ask questions and decide whether the practice is a good fit before committing to a membership.

Dr. Possner handles a broad scope of adult primary care, including preventive care, acute and urgent care, chronic disease management, annual physicals, vaccinations, health screenings, and laboratory testing. Members access all of these services under one membership.
