Members pay an annual fee that covers access to Dr. Norris and his practice's full range of concierge services. Office visits, hospital care, and other medical services go directly to your insurance company for billing, just as they would with any physician. The practice staff files insurance claims on behalf of members.

The practice schedules every office visit for 30 minutes. That structure keeps appointments unhurried and gives Dr. Norris sufficient time to address your concerns thoroughly. Annual comprehensive physicals include a review of your history, screening results, medications, vaccinations, and any additional health factors.

Yes. For urgent or emergent issues, the practice offers same-day or next-business-day appointments. For routine visits, the practice schedules you as quickly as possible, typically with little to no wait time.

Yes. Dr. Norris uses FaceTime, Zoom, and secure encrypted video to connect with patients remotely. This includes routine consultations, follow-up visits, and coordination with specialists. Members traveling outside Key West can still reach Dr. Norris and receive medical support from a distance.

Membership covers a wide scope of primary and preventive care. Services include annual comprehensive physicals, chronic disease management, cardiac evaluations with EKG, nutrition and fitness assessments, infectious disease care, diabetes and blood pressure management, in-office screenings and vaccinations, injectable medications including B-12, flu shots, specialist care coordination, and urgent same-day care.

The practice maintains a limited number of memberships. Prospective patients can contact the office by phone or submit an inquiry form through the practice website to learn more and apply. Membership sign-up consultations are also available to schedule directly online.

The practice serves adults 18 years and older living in Key West and the Lower Keys. Dr. Norris focuses exclusively on adult medicine and does not see pediatric patients.

Yes. Dr. Norris holds an attending position at Lower Keys Medical Center. When members require hospitalization, he coordinates directly with the hospital team and visits patients there, acting as a medical quarterback throughout the process.

Norris Healthcare Concierge is open Monday through Thursday and closed on Fridays. Members also maintain around-the-clock access to Dr. Norris through direct phone and email contact outside of office hours.
