Nivaan Health offers two tiers: Nivaan Essence and Nivaan Nirvana. Both include 24/7 direct physician access, in-home urgent care, comprehensive annual health assessments, advanced diagnostics, metabolic and hormonal optimization, specialist coordination, in-home IV therapy, and a personalized prevention roadmap. Nirvana adds unlimited in-home consultations, monthly physician visits, biannual executive physicals, expanded IV longevity therapies, and advanced cancer screening through the Galleri test and whole-body MRI.

Nivaan Health does not bill insurance directly. The practice operates on a direct-pay model. Members can use HSA or FSA funds for membership fees, and the practice provides itemized receipts to support potential out-of-network reimbursement claims.

Physicians come to you. In-home care is the default model at Nivaan Health. The physicians travel to patients' homes, hotels, and offices across Miami-Dade County, including Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, and Pinecrest. Telemedicine visits are also available.

Initial visits run three to four hours and serve as a comprehensive deep dive into your health history, goals, and diagnostics. Follow-up appointments typically run 30 to 60 minutes. Same-day visits are available for urgent needs.

The initial visit is an in-depth three-to-four hour experience. The physicians review your full medical history, current health status, and long-term goals. This session informs your personalized healthspan and prevention roadmap and establishes the foundation for ongoing care.

Yes. Both membership tiers include specialist coordination. The physicians research, select, and coordinate with specialists on your behalf. Essence members can also add physician accompaniment to specialist visits. Dr. Goswamy and Dr. Chopra maintain continuity of care through hospitalizations as well.

Nivaan Health offers multi-layered cancer screening through the Galleri multi-cancer early detection blood test and whole-body MRI. For cardiac health, the practice uses Cleerly AI coronary imaging to identify plaque buildup at early stages. Advanced diagnostics also include VO2 max testing and 100-plus biomarker panels.

Yes. Nivaan Health offers telemedicine as part of its care model. Members can connect with their physician remotely for follow-up consultations and non-urgent concerns, in addition to in-home and same-day visits.
