Roger Cummins, PA-C, opened the clinic in April 2017 as the first Direct Primary Care practice in the area. The practice blends western medicine, functional medicine, holistic medicine, and naturopathic principles into every care plan. The team offers appointments up to 45 minutes long with same-day and next-day availability. Members reach their provider by phone, text, or email around the clock. House calls extend up to 10 miles from Klamath Falls or Chiloquin. The InBody 380 body composition analyzer gives members and non-members a detailed look at muscle, fat, and water distribution at the cellular level. Small businesses can pair employee benefit packages with the practice's DPC membership to support workforce health and retention.
