NICC's Direct Primary Care

Adults between 26 and 65 pay $78 per month. Independent youth ages 18 to 25 pay $58 per month, and seniors 66 and older pay $89 per month. Family plans start at $97 per month for one adult and one child. A one-time, non-refundable household enrollment fee of $100 applies. Quarterly and yearly payment options are available upon request.

The membership covers primary care visits with no co-pays or deductibles. Members receive annual physicals, sports physicals, well child visits, in-office procedures, and access to discounted cash pricing on labs, MRIs, and X-rays. The practice discloses the cost of any non-covered service upfront before charging.

NICC's does not contract with any public or private insurance plans, including Medicare. The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees or visits. Members who carry insurance can still use it for outside services such as hospital stays, specialist visits, or emergency care.

NICC's currently accepts new patients on a waitlist basis. Call the office to add your name to the list. Once a spot opens, the practice schedules a free meet-and-greet visit so you can meet your provider before enrolling. After that visit, the practice collects the enrollment fee and sets up your payment plan.

Yes. Members have 24/7 access to their provider via phone, text, and email. After-hours visits and house calls are available with prior approval. The practice also offers telemedicine for added convenience.

Yes. The practice provides house calls with prior approval. Providers travel up to 10 miles from Klamath Falls or 10 miles from Chiloquin for home visits.

Most appointments run between 30 and 60 minutes, with a typical visit lasting up to 45 minutes. The practice also offers same-day appointments and walk-in visits, though walk-ins are not guaranteed.

Yes. The practice sees patients of all ages including children. Well child visits, sports physicals, and chronic condition management for younger patients are all part of the membership. The practice does not provide obstetrics and does not stock childhood vaccines, but it helps navigate vaccine needs through the Public Health Clinic.

The InBody 380 measures body composition at the cellular level, including muscle, fat, and water distribution throughout the body. Members pay $20 per analysis or $100 per year for unlimited sessions. Non-members can access the InBody 380 for $50 per analysis.
