Members also receive unlimited messaging, access to advanced diagnostics, and a 20% discount on supplements through the Fullscript dispensary.

Nguyen Integrative Medicine offers two membership tiers. The in-person membership runs $150 per month or $1,800 annually. The virtual membership runs $199 per month or $2,388 annually. Both require a $550 initiation fee and a minimum 12-month commitment. HSA and FSA funds apply to both plans.

Yes. The practice offers a non-membership option for $700 as a one-time fee. That includes one 60-minute physician visit, one 60-minute nutritional consultation, and one physician follow-up with lab review. Additional physician visits run $350 each; additional health coach visits run $110 each.

Nguyen Integrative Medicine partners with Cleveland HeartLab and Quest Diagnostics for advanced lab work. The comprehensive health panel covers more than 150 biomarkers. The practice also offers specialty tests including GI-MAP, SIBO 3-hour breath testing, DUTCH Complete hormone testing, 3x4 Genetic Blueprint, Total Tox Burden, Organic Acids Test, and food allergy panels. A standalone Health Panel and Physician Review runs $695.

The practice offers a wide range of integrative services including acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, medical and standard massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, laser therapy, IV therapy, platelet-rich plasma therapy, psychotherapy, integrative nutrition coaching, and holistic skincare. An on-site movement studio hosts weekly Yoga, Pilates, Qigong, and Meditation classes. Community acupuncture sessions run $45 per session.
