Neuro Rehab Collaborative

Neuro Rehab Collaborative uses direct-care pricing with transparent, flat fees. Valley PM&R charges $350 for an initial consultation of 60 to 90 minutes. A monthly membership costs $225 per month with a three-month minimum. That membership includes up to two follow-up visits per month, telemedicine or in-person, care coordination, portal and phone access, priority booking, and discounted labs and imaging. Pay-as-you-go follow-up visits run $125 each.

The practice offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, driving rehabilitation, fitness training, and counseling. In-clinic PT and OT sessions cost $140 per hour. In-home sessions run $175 per hour. Driving rehabilitation is $200 per hour. Speech therapy sessions cost $90 for 30 minutes or $140 for 45 minutes. Fitness training runs $70 for a 60-minute session.

Valley PM&R does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. Patients with private insurance can request a Superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Medicare and Medicaid patients cannot seek reimbursement for Valley PM&R services. The therapy practices, Neuro Outlook and Function First OT, accept Medicare only and do not accept Medicaid or private insurance. FSA and HSA funds typically do not apply to Valley PM&R membership fees. However, patients can generally use FSA and HSA funds for fee-for-service visits. The practice recommends confirming eligibility with your FSA or HSA administrator.

The practice delivers care in multiple settings. Patients can receive treatment at the clinic, in their home, in the community, or virtually via telemedicine. This flexibility allows the practice to meet patients where care makes the most practical sense for their condition and recovery.

The practice also treats osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia.

Yes. The practice runs several group offerings. The Nutrition Group is an eight-session virtual course on practical nutrition for neurological conditions, priced at $350. The Chronic Pain Support Group meets virtually. An Open Table gathering, combining food and wellness conversation, takes place on the last Tuesday of each month for $10 per person. A Long COVID Support Group is also in development.

The Motus Nova is a robotic therapy system the practice uses for stroke, spinal cord injury, and brain injury rehabilitation. It adapts to both upper and lower extremities and turns repetitive rehabilitation exercises into an engaging, game-like experience. The practice incorporates it as part of individualized treatment plans.

Yes. The practice is introducing hippotherapy sessions for occupational therapy patients. These small-group sessions involve a licensed therapist, side spotters, and a horse leader. Hippotherapy uses the movement of a horse as part of the therapeutic process to support motor and sensory goals.
