My Country Doc offers a Pre-Payment Care Membership at $1,200 per year, or roughly $100 per month. This membership covers a comprehensive history and physical, all follow-up visits, 24/7 direct physician access, online health records, prescription refills, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and basic lab work including CMP, lipid panel, TSH, PSA, HgbA1C, CBC, and annual Pap smear.

Yes. The Access Card provides an alternative for patients who prefer a lower upfront cost. For $350 per year, it includes a comprehensive physical and wellness screening. After that, patients pay $30 per quarter-hour for office visits over the following 12 months. Monthly payment plans are also available with a $100 upfront fee and $25 monthly payments.

My Country Doc does not bill insurance companies directly. Dr. Ferenchak provides patients with a Super Bill containing proper billing codes, which patients submit to their insurer for reimbursement. Medicare and Medicaid patients should note that neither the patient nor the practice can file claims under those programs.

New patient visits run 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments run 15 to 45 minutes depending on complexity. Dr. Ferenchak keeps his patient panel small specifically to protect this time for each patient.

Yes. Dr. Ferenchak offers virtual visits and remote home health monitoring. Members can reach him 24/7 by cell phone for urgent needs, or connect via email or text for non-urgent questions. In some cases, virtual contact resolves a concern without generating any additional charge.

Non-members pay $165 for an initial visit. Follow-up visits range from $40 to $100 depending on age and complexity. Walk-in visits start at $25. 50 per mile beyond 10 miles.

Dr. Ferenchak will provide care first and work out mutually acceptable payment arrangements afterward. He also uses revenue from annual memberships to subsidize care for patients who cannot afford the fees, continuing a tradition of community giving that his father modeled.

Yes. My Country Doc does not submit health records to insurance companies or government agencies for billing purposes. Your health information stays in the office unless you expressly request its release. This privacy protection is a core feature of the direct care model Dr. Ferenchak practices.

Dr. Ferenchak conducts a wide range of tests directly in the office. These include EKG, Holter monitoring, pulmonary function testing, ultrasound and Doppler evaluations, vascular pressure testing, diabetes and coagulation monitoring, and routine blood work. This allows most testing to happen at the time of your visit, saving a separate trip to an outside lab.

Prospective patients can schedule online through Patient Fusion, call the practice directly, or send an email to set up an appointment. The practice asks for 48 hours of advance notice when scheduling. Dr. Ferenchak accepts any negotiable form of payment and welcomes patients of nearly all ages.
