Mountain Doc DPC

Mountain Doc DPC charges a flat monthly membership fee based on age, billed automatically on the first of each month. Members ages 18 to 39 pay $90 per month, ages 40 to 64 pay $110 per month, and members 65 and older pay $135 per month. Children under 18 pay $45 per month and must have at least one parent as an active member. Families with biologic or legally adopted minor children pay a maximum of $300 per month.

Your monthly membership covers unlimited access to primary care services at Mountain Doc DPC. This includes acute care visits, chronic disease management, preventive care, orthopedic and sports injury treatment, laceration repair, dermatology procedures, mental health support, EKGs, respiratory testing, and more. The only additional costs are for supplies, testing, medications, or other items the practice discusses with you before charging.

No. Mountain Doc DPC discusses every additional fee with patients before charging it. The practice commits to full pricing transparency. Any costs beyond the monthly membership, such as lab supplies, testing, or medications, are small and explained in advance.

Yes. Patients call or text Dr. Nations directly at any time, including nights and weekends. The practice has no receptionist or medical assistant handling communications. Dr. Nations manages his own schedule and responds to patients directly.

Yes. Mountain Doc DPC offers telemedicine visits and house calls in addition to in-office appointments. The practice can also meet patients at their workplace when appropriate. Dr. Nations often resolves urgent issues by phone without requiring an in-person visit.

No. Mountain Doc DPC operates outside of insurance billing for its primary care services. The monthly membership fee covers your primary care needs directly. The practice recommends members carry insurance for hospitalizations, specialist referrals, or services outside the practice's scope.

Yes. The practice cares for patients from newborns through all stages of childhood and adolescence. Children under 18 must have at least one parent enrolled as an active member. The family membership cap of $300 per month applies to parents with biologic or legally adopted minor children.
