Mission Osteopathy's DPC membership operates on a flat monthly fee. Members receive unlimited visits, same-day or next-day appointments, extended appointment times, and direct access to Dr. Brinsky by phone, text, or email. The membership covers most everyday primary care needs including annual physicals, preventive care, chronic condition management, minor procedures, and care coordination.

OMM visits have set per-visit fees. New patient appointments for adults 18 and older are $350 for a 60-minute visit. New patient visits for patients ages 0 to 17 are $200 for 60 minutes. Follow-up visits for adults are $250 for 40 minutes, and follow-up visits for patients 17 and under are $100 for 40 minutes.

Mission Osteopathy does not bill insurance for either DPC membership fees or OMM visits. For OMM visits, the practice provides a Superbill that patients can submit to their insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. The practice also discourages HMO plans due to the referral challenges those plans typically create.

Yes. Dr. Brinsky offers OMM visits on a standalone basis with per-visit pricing. The DPC membership covers family medicine and primary care services. Patients can choose one or both, depending on their needs.

Yes. Dr. Brinsky offers telehealth visits for DPC members. Telemedicine appointments allow members to connect with her directly without coming into the office, which suits follow-up care and lower-acuity concerns well.

Prospective DPC members can schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet with Dr. Brinsky to learn about the practice and ask questions before committing. This is a no-pressure conversation, not a medical visit. To schedule an OMM visit, patients can book directly through the practice's online scheduling system. Dr. Brinsky treats patients of all ages, from newborns through adults. She uses OMM for infant concerns such as torticollis, feeding difficulties, and plagiocephaly. For primary care, she provides family medicine for both children and adults under the DPC membership.

Dr. Brinsky performs a wide range of in-office procedures. These include IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal, endometrial biopsies, joint injections, trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, skin biopsies, mole and skin tag removal, cryotherapy, toenail removal, EKG testing, breathing treatments, and rapid testing for flu, strep, RSV, COVID, and more.

Yes. Mission Osteopathy actively serves LGBTQ+ patients and offers gender-affirming care. Dr. Brinsky built her practice on the principles of equality, respect, and inclusive care for patients of all genders, backgrounds, and identities. She welcomes all patients regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, or background.

Mission Osteopathy Medical Clinic is located at 400 Seaport Court, Suite 203, Redwood City, CA 94063. The practice is part of Seaport Health Collective, a shared space with three other female physicians. Office hours run Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
