About

At Miami Pediatrics, six board-certified physicians deliver general and concierge pediatric care from Bay Harbor Islands. Dr. Vicente Roger founded the practice in 1992 and built it into one of South Florida's most trusted names in pediatrics. In 2006, Dr. Roger pioneered Platinum Care, the practice's concierge program offering extended appointments, 24-hour physician access, and home visits. Dr. Wendy Glaberson now serves as Medical Director, earning Castle Connolly Top Doctor recognition in both 2024 and 2025.

The team applies evidence-based medicine while tailoring care to each child and family. Physicians speak English and Spanish, reflecting Miami's bilingual community. The practice partners with every major local children's hospital, including Holtz Children's Hospital, Nicklaus Children's Hospital, and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. In-office capabilities include rapid respiratory panels, vision and hearing screenings, cryotherapy, and nebulizer treatments. Platinum Care members receive after-hours house calls, same-day appointments, and direct physician access on evenings and holidays.
