MEDHERO offers two membership tiers. The Executive Longevity Membership costs $400 per month and includes concierge primary care, quarterly DEXA scans, VO2 Max and RMR testing twice yearly, unlimited lab draws, a 90-minute annual longevity consultation, monthly vitamin IVs, unlimited red light therapy, a three-month CGM protocol per year, and membership pricing on HRT, weight loss, and medspa services. The Concierge Urgent Care Membership starts at $25 per month for a primary adult, $15 per month for an additional adult, and $10 per month per child, with a one-time $50 activation fee.

No appointment is necessary for urgent care. Both the San Clemente and La Costa locations accept walk-ins seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. MEDHERO also offers same-day appointment scheduling and telemedicine visits seven days a week.

MEDHERO offers transparent pricing for patients with high-deductible plans, out-of-network coverage, or no insurance. The practice accepts cash, debit, and major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Membership fees do not run through insurance.

Yes. MEDHERO serves employers with DOT physicals, pre-employment health screenings, workers compensation evaluations, drug screening, and pulmonary function testing. The employer services department operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and accepts employer inquiries by phone or online form.

MEDHERO offers a broad range of longevity services including hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 and semaglutide weight loss programs, peptide therapy, NAD+ therapy, VO2 Max and RMR testing, DEXA body composition scanning, continuous glucose monitoring protocols, comprehensive laboratory analysis, and IV vitamin therapy. The practice treats DEXA scanning as an ongoing health management tool rather than a standalone service.

Yes. MEDHERO provides a full range of physician-administered aesthetic services including Botox and neurotoxins, dermal fillers, radiofrequency microneedling with the Vivace device, the SkinFinity radiofrequency platform, laser hair removal, laser skin treatments using the ICON Cynosure system, SculpSure body contouring, microneedling, facials, skin pigmentation and vein treatment, and hair loss therapy.

MEDHERO installs UV24 LED panels using UV-C technology for continuous air filtration throughout its locations. The practice also uses antimicrobial flooring and hypochlorous acid cleaning protocols. The on-site laboratory holds CLIA accreditation for complex testing.

Yes. MEDHERO offers telemedicine visits seven days a week. Concierge Urgent Care and Executive Longevity members receive telemedicine bookings as part of their membership. The practice also makes telemedicine available for non-members seeking remote care.

MEDHERO operates two locations. The San Clemente location sits at 905 Calle Amanecer, with Suite 115 for urgent care and Suite 205 for longevity services. The La Costa location is at 3416 Via Mercato, Suite 106, in Carlsbad. Both urgent care locations are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
