MDRI offers three voluntary membership tiers. The Standard tier is free and covers continued access to your provider for visits and scheduling. The Enhanced tier costs $120 per year or $70 per six months and adds a Nurse Clinical Liaison, the MDRI Dashboard, and care coordination for non-covered testing. The Concierge tier costs $500 per year or $300 per six months and includes direct physician access seven days a week, no-charge medical forms, and expanded savings on regenerative medicine and supplements. Membership fees cover non-covered administrative and wellness services, not medical treatment.

No membership is required to receive care at MDRI. The network accepts most major insurance plans, and the Standard membership tier is completely free. Memberships are voluntary and designed to enhance your experience with added access, coordination, and wellness benefits beyond what insurance covers.

MDRI accepts most major insurance carriers, including Blue Cross, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Neighborhood Health Plan, TriCare, and Medicare Advantage. MDRI also participates in the Astrana Health network for coordinated care.

New patients can contact any MDRI location directly or submit a request through the MDRI website. Each physician has individual availability, so the team will match you with a provider at your preferred location. Some physicians require staff-assisted enrollment, so calling the office is the fastest way to get started.

MDRI operates four locations across Rhode Island. Blackstone Valley Medicine serves Lincoln, Cherry Hill Medicine serves Johnston, and Greenwich Bay Medicine serves East Greenwich. Johnston Urgent Care provides walk-in urgent care in Johnston with extended Saturday hours from 9am to 2pm.

Concierge members receive direct physician contact seven days a week for non-urgent questions. The MDRI Dashboard, available with Enhanced and Concierge memberships, supports online scheduling and secure messaging through the Athena Health portal.
