New patients start with a Discovery Call. That call is not an appointment but an introduction to the practice and its membership options. MD Concierge Health offers three tiers. VITAL includes same-day access, a secure communication app, annual wellness visits with EKG and biomarkers, quarterly check-ins, prescription management, and care coordination. THRIVE adds guaranteed 24-hour in-person visits, remote patient monitoring, advanced cancer prevention with GRAIL, cardiac screenings, thyroid and abdominal ultrasounds, and a brain MRI for dementia screening. ELITE HOME adds house calls and unlimited home phlebotomy to everything in VITAL and THRIVE.

Yes. Same-day access to Dr. Escobar during business hours is a core feature of every membership tier. THRIVE and ELITE HOME members also receive a guaranteed in-person visit within 24 hours. The practice keeps its patient panel small so this level of access remains reliable.

Yes. Dr. Escobar conducts virtual appointments for members who prefer to connect remotely. Telehealth is available for a wide range of concerns, including follow-ups, prescription management, and acute issues that do not require an in-person exam.

Yes. House calls are available to members enrolled in the ELITE HOME tier. This tier also includes unlimited home phlebotomy, so lab draws happen at your location. Diagnostic imaging at home is also available for added convenience.

MD Concierge Health offers a broad range of screenings. These include breast, cervical, colorectal, and endometrial cancer screenings, allergy testing, heavy metal testing, genetic testing, and diagnostic imaging. THRIVE members receive advanced cancer prevention through GRAIL, cardiac imaging, thyroid and abdominal ultrasounds, and brain MRI for dementia screening.

Yes. Chronic condition management is a central part of Dr. Escobar's practice. He creates individualized care plans and monitors progress over time. Conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease fall within his clinical scope, alongside mental health support for anxiety and depression.

MD Concierge Health does not bill insurance for membership fees. However, all tiers qualify for FSA and HSA payment. The practice maintains strong connections to local labs and specialists, and care coordination helps members navigate those relationships efficiently.
