Every appointment runs 60 minutes, giving patients time to address every concern without feeling rushed. Dr. McEwen keeps his panel at roughly one-tenth the size of most primary care practices. Members reach Dr. McEwen directly by cell phone, email, or 24/7 HIPAA-compliant messaging. The practice handles labs, vaccinations, and many common medications on-site, so patients leave with what they need. Dr. McEwen also offers gynecologic care, medication-assisted therapy for opiate dependence, and emergency room-level critical care skills he keeps sharp through ongoing part-time ER work. Families pay $300 per month for two adults and up to three children. Individual adults pay $200 per month, with fees eligible for HSA, FSA, and HRA accounts.
