About

At Marta Long MD, a Yale-trained internist delivers concierge house call medicine throughout Orange County, California. Dr. Marta Long founded the Irvine-based practice on a single conviction: that medicine should feel like care for a loved one. She designed every aspect of the practice with that standard in mind.

The practice runs as a true micropractice with no office, no nurse practitioners, and no physician assistants. Dr. Long personally answers the phone, conducts every visit, and manages every aspect of each patient's care. She keeps her panel intentionally small to remain genuinely available. Appointments run a full hour. Complex consultative cases can extend to three hours. House calls reach patients at home, at work, in the hospital, or at skilled nursing facilities across Orange County. The clinical scope spans internal medicine, women's health, brain health, medical acupuncture, nutritional psychiatry, integrative care, and chronic disease reversal. Dr. Long also holds expertise in Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and other rare, difficult-to-diagnose conditions.
