Dr. Long comes to you. She visits patients at their home, place of work, hospital, rehabilitation center, or skilled nursing facility throughout Orange County. The practice operates without a physical office, so every visit happens on your turf. She brings everything needed for evaluation, treatment, and procedures, including antibiotics dispensed at no additional charge, nebulizers, injections, and IV fluids administered at home.

Standard appointments run 60 minutes. Dr. Long prefers a full hour so each patient feels heard and unhurried. Consultative Medicine appointments for complex or perplexing conditions can run approximately three hours. Telemedicine and second opinion appointments are also available at 60 minutes for $400.

The practice accepts Medicare for covered services, and Medicare does not pay the concierge retainer fee. The practice also participates with a small number of major PPO health plans and submits claims on your behalf. It does not submit claims to HMOs. Concierge fees are out of pocket and no insurance plan covers them. The practice accepts cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA/FSA payments.

Yes. The practice accepts HSA and FSA cards along with cash, checks, and credit cards. Monthly and yearly retainer payment options are both available, giving members flexibility in how they structure the cost.

Dr. Long personally answers her phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. No answering service, no nurse practitioner, and no physician assistant screens your call. You reach your doctor directly, every time.

Yes. Dr. Long offers telemedicine for virtual care, second opinions, and initial consultations. Out-of-area patients can schedule a telemedicine visit, and those outside California can work with Dr. Long in coordination with their local primary care physician. Direct ongoing care requires an in-person visit.

The practice serves patients 15 years and older throughout Orange County, California.

The practice keeps its panel well below 600 members. Dr. Long intentionally limits enrollment to stay genuinely available and attentive to every patient she cares for.

Yes. Dr. Long offers second opinion consultations for non-members at $400 for 60 minutes, available virtually or in person. Prospective patients can also schedule a complimentary 15-to-20-minute virtual Meet and Greet before committing to any appointment.

Every aspect of care at this practice runs through one physician. Dr. Long conducts every visit, handles every call, and oversees every decision personally. No NPs or PAs participate in any part of patient care. Appointments last a full hour, same-day and next-day availability is standard, and the practice comes to the patient rather than the other way around.
