About

At Manchester Medical Center, two board-certified physicians deliver urgent care and membership-based primary care to Southern Vermont. Dr. Thomas Sterling and Dr. Mary Katherine Howard lead a full-service clinic serving patients from infants to elderly. The practice opened on July 4, 2019, as Manchester's first high acuity urgent care. It has since grown to include a comprehensive primary care program. The clinic handles a wide range of conditions, from orthopedic injuries and cardiovascular concerns to dermatology and OB-GYN. On-site x-ray, laboratory services, and physician-performed bedside ultrasound support fast, thorough evaluations. Walk-in urgent care patients need no appointment. Primary care members choose between two tiers: a Standard Program at $60 per month with insurance billing, or a Direct Primary Care Program at $150 per month with all-inclusive, no-insurance billing. Both tiers offer same-day appointments and quarterly payment options.
