At MainStreet Clinic, Dr. Brian Birdwell delivers direct primary care to individuals and families across southwest Oklahoma. He founded the practice in Lawton in 2003 under the name Birdwell Ferris Clinic. In 2015, the practice moved to 415 W. Gore Blvd and became MainStreet Clinic.
Dr. Birdwell introduced the direct primary care membership model to the region, describing it as person-to-person care built around each patient's needs. Members receive appointments averaging 45 minutes and same-day access. The practice also offers telemedicine and a House Calls Direct program for members who prefer care at home.
