About
At Maine Street Medical, three physicians bring full-spectrum primary care to Brunswick, Maine and every corner of the state via telehealth. Dr. Andreas Thyssen, Dr. Kathryn Brouillette, and Dr. Allison Buttarazzi each hold board certifications in Internal Medicine and/or Pediatrics. Two of the three also carry board certification in Lifestyle Medicine. Together, they serve patients from newborns through Medicare age. Lifestyle Medicine sits at the core of the practice's clinical identity. Before reaching for the prescription pad, the physicians look for changes in nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, and relationships. Membership covers preventive and acute visits plus Lifestyle Medicine programming. The practice uses small patient panels to allow 60-minute appointments, same-day scheduling, telehealth, and home visits. Members also receive 24/7 direct access to their doctor, including personal phone numbers for emergencies. The practice contracts with labs and radiology to offer discounted pricing for non-insurance services.
