Magnolia Medical DPC

Magnolia Medical DPC charges a single monthly fee based on age. Adults ages 22-49 pay $70 per month. Adults 50-64 pay $85, and adults 65 and older pay $100. Children ages 0-21 enrolled with an adult pay $30 per month. A family discount applies automatically at enrollment for two adults plus children up to age 26 living in the same home, priced at $180 per month. Discounts are also available for former patients of Dr. Rye, medical students, and residents.

One monthly fee covers all services with Magnolia Medical DPC, including sick visits, annual physicals, chronic disease management, and most in-office procedures. Discounted medications dispensed at the office and discounted labs ordered through the practice are billed separately to the patient's account. Dr. Rye discusses the cost of any procedure not covered by the membership before moving forward.

Magnolia Medical DPC does not accept or bill any health insurance companies. Patients pay the practice directly each month. For labs and imaging, patients may choose to use their insurance at outside facilities, though the practice has no control over what those costs would be.

Yes. Magnolia Medical DPC manages its patient schedule to accommodate same-day or next-day appointments for sick visits and urgent concerns. Appointments run 30 to 60 minutes, and Dr. Rye starts on time. Quick questions can go through text, call, or email without scheduling a visit.

Yes. The practice offers video appointments for sick visits and other care needs. Dr. Rye also offers meet and greet visits virtually or in person for prospective patients who want to learn more before joining.

Dr. Rye offers medications at wholesale pricing and dispenses them directly at the office visit. This means patients can leave their appointment with medication already in hand. Patients may also choose to send prescriptions to a pharmacy and use their insurance if they prefer.

The practice orders labs through a local lab with contracted discounted pricing. Lab costs are available at the time orders are placed and bill to the patient's Magnolia account. For imaging, the practice helps patients navigate the least expensive local option. Patients may also choose to use their insurance at these facilities.

Dr. Rye is not currently accepting new patients. Prospective patients can join the waitlist and receive notification when enrollment reopens. The practice also offers meet and greet visits virtually or in office for those who want to connect in the meantime.

Yes. When a specialist referral is necessary, Dr. Rye sends one to a provider she and the patient discuss together. Patients can pay cash or use their insurance when seeing a specialist. Dr. Rye's primary care scope handles the majority of health needs directly, reducing the need for outside referrals.

The practice performs cryotherapy, skin biopsies, abscess drainage, joint injections, and gynecologic procedures including IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal. Most procedures fall under the monthly membership charge. For any procedure with an additional cost, Dr. Rye discusses and confirms pricing with the patient before proceeding.
