The fee covers a broad range of services, including all well-child visits, unlimited sick visits, school and sports physicals, basic in-home lab tests, sutures, and direct 24/7 access to Dr. Sparks. Membership covers all well-child exams, unlimited sick visits, school, sports, and camp physicals, urinalysis, strep testing, sutures, care coordination, and medications at significantly reduced pricing. Members also receive extended, unhurried appointments with no waiting. Dr. Sparks makes herself available around the clock by phone, text, video, and house call.

LMNO Pediatrics does not participate in any insurance plan or Medicaid and operates as an out-of-network provider. The practice can provide an itemized invoice for care, vaccinations, and prescriptions that families submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement. Families with health share plans are welcome, and some plans cover DPC membership fees.

Yes. Dr. Sparks makes house calls throughout Williamson County and surrounding areas. She can also meet families at a convenient location when a home visit is not possible. Families outside the standard service area should contact the practice to discuss options.

Yes. Members reach Dr. Sparks directly at any hour by phone, text, video chat, or email. Many questions and sick visits resolve through a quick call or video consultation without needing an in-person visit. All of this access is part of standard membership benefits.

Dr. Sparks sees patients from birth through age 21. She also welcomes expecting mothers for a prenatal in-home meet-and-greet before their baby is born, so families can establish a relationship before delivery.

Vaccinations fall outside the monthly membership fee. However, LMNO Pediatrics has established a relationship with a local pharmacy to work with your existing health insurance for in-home vaccine delivery. Dr. Sparks coordinates the entire process on your behalf.

Members contact Dr. Sparks directly no matter where they are. She can call in a prescription, help locate the nearest urgent care, and share your child's medical history with a local provider to ensure continuity of care.
