LIMA MD Direct Primary Care & MedSpa

LIMA MD charges $79 per month for adults up to age 50. Adults between 50 and 64 pay $99 per month, and those 65 and older pay $129 per month. Children under 19 pay $49 per month. A one-time registration fee of $250 per person applies, though additional family members from the same household pay just $99 each when registering together.

Members receive virtually unlimited office visits, same-day and next-day appointments, extended visit times, and direct access to the doctors by phone, text, video call, and email. The practice also provides in-house labs at significantly reduced rates and dispenses medications at wholesale pricing. MedSpa services are not part of the membership and are priced separately.

LIMA MD does not bill insurance for DPC membership or services. The practice operates on a direct-pay model with transparent, flat-rate pricing. The practice does recommend that members carry catastrophic or high-deductible health insurance to cover hospitalizations and emergencies.

The package includes a single one-time registration fee for the business, telemedicine access, same-day and next-day appointments, and a 10% discount on MedSpa services for enrolled employees.

No. MedSpa services at LIMA MD are priced separately from the DPC membership and vary by procedure and individual. This includes cosmetic injectables, hormone therapy, medical weight loss programs, IV infusions, laser hair removal, and other aesthetic treatments.

Yes. LIMA MD accepts one-time visits starting at $150. One-time visits do not include the discounted lab and imaging rates available to members. The practice does note that follow-up appointments are often necessary, so membership tends to be the more practical and cost-effective option.
