About
LIFE Pediatric Endocrinology holds a singular distinction: it was the first concierge pediatric endocrinology practice in the United States. Dr. Toni Kim founded the practice with a clear vision - delivering individualized care that treats every child as a whole person. The practice has since expanded to offices across Sandy Springs, Nashville, Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, Palo Alto, Austin, Calabasas, and Atherton. Three board-certified pediatric endocrinologists lead the clinical team today.
The practice pioneered integrative endocrinology, weaving together nutrition, bone density, vitamin D levels, puberty timing, and environmental exposures into each child's care plan. Dr. Kim leads with expertise in growth, puberty, and hormonal optimization spanning more than two decades. Dr. Kelli Davis directs the Bone and Mineral Health Program from the Nashville location. Dr. Christina Gerhardt brings over twenty years of experience with a particular focus on complex growth and puberty patterns. The practice also runs the Confident Body Program, a six-month medical weight loss program for children and teens led by Crystal McKenzie, NP. Families travel from across the country for in-person visits, and the practice extends telemedicine care across more than twelve states.
