A new patient consultation costs $310, which includes a $75 non-refundable booking fee. The visit runs 60 to 90 minutes. The price also covers a first follow-up appointment within six months at $65.

The practice offers two membership tiers after your initial consult. The Premium Membership runs $125 per month and includes monthly 60-minute visits, up to eight phone calls per year, prioritized same-day or next-day appointments, and select labs. The Flex Membership runs $70 per month and includes a 60-minute visit every three months, two CGM interpretations, and one lab review per period.

Yes. Liberty Endocrinology sees patients across the entire state of Iowa via telehealth. In-person visits take place only on Wednesdays at the Coralville clinic. Clinic appointments run Monday through Wednesday for scheduling purposes.

In-person clinic appointments generally become available within three to four weeks. Same-week or next-week appointments are also available in some cases. Premium Membership patients receive prioritized same-day or next-day scheduling and priority access to limited weekend telehealth slots.

Yes. Dr. Aluri strongly recommends that all patients maintain a relationship with their primary care provider. Liberty Endocrinology focuses exclusively on hormonal and endocrine health. The practice does not manage infections, injuries, or cancer screenings.

FSA accounts generally cover direct care visits as an eligible expense. For HSA accounts, the rules vary by plan. Liberty Endocrinology advises patients to check with their HR office or accountant before using HSA funds. The practice provides guidance on this during the intake process.

Some commercial insurance plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network specialist visits. Liberty Endocrinology can provide a billing statement you submit directly to your insurer. com can assist with the submission process.

Each appointment runs 60 minutes, and Dr. Aluri schedules no other patients during that block. This applies to both in-person and telehealth visits. The goal is for each patient to have her full, undivided attention during the visit.

Liberty Endocrinology does not currently offer weight management consultations. As a small specialty clinic, the practice cannot accommodate the insurance authorization and administrative requirements that weight-loss medications involve. Dr. Aluri does provide nutrition counseling for diabetes management and general metabolic health.
