Lee Fentriss, MD, FACP is a board-certified internal medicine physician in Nashville, Tennessee. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1992. Dr. Fentriss completed her internal medicine internship and residency at University of Tennessee, Baptist Hospital. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Dakota.
