Monthly membership fees vary by age group. Newborns pay $300 per month, infants 2 to 12 months pay $225, children 12 months to 5 years pay $175, and children 5 to 18 years pay $125. A one-time registration fee of $100 is due at sign-up. Families can save 5% by prepaying 12 months. A 25% sibling discount applies to the second or additional children, with a family maximum of $500 per month.

Lane Pediatrics does not participate in any insurance plans. The practice operates as an out-of-network provider. Upon request, Dr. Lane generates a billing receipt that families can submit to their insurer for covered services such as well-child and sick visits. Reimbursement varies by plan, so families should check with their insurer directly.

Yes. Membership at Lane Pediatrics does not replace health insurance. The practice recommends that members maintain a high-deductible or cost-sharing plan to cover hospitalizations, specialist visits, imaging, and other services outside the membership. A financial advisor or insurance representative can help families choose the right plan.

Lane Pediatrics partners with Vaxcare, a vaccine solutions company that bills your insurance directly for all pediatric vaccines. Families are responsible for any copay or deductible their plan requires. Vaccinations are not included in the monthly membership fee.

Yes. Members reach Dr. Lane 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, through a secure, HIPAA-compliant app. Dr. Lane is available by text, phone call, or video chat. Many concerns resolve without an office visit at all.

Yes. Dr. Lane makes house calls for newborn members within a 15-minute radius of the office. The newborn membership includes all home visits for the first two months of life. House calls for other age groups are also available.

All new families meet with Dr. Lane in person or virtually before joining the practice. Expectant parents must complete this meeting and return all sign-up paperwork before their baby is born. Yes. Membership cancels with 30 days of written notice. Without a cancellation request, membership renews automatically on a month-to-month basis.

Membership covers unlimited phone, text, email, and video consultations with Dr. Lane. It also includes extended in-office visits, same-day or next-day scheduling, school and sports physicals, in-office lab tests such as urinalysis and Strep, and care coordination with specialists, therapists, and schools. Lactation services are also included for members.

Dr. Lane handles out-of-town illness through virtual visits or by calling in prescription medications when appropriate. Her small panel means she knows each patient's medical history well, which supports accurate remote care. Members can reach her through the secure app regardless of location.
