Membership at Ladder to the Stars Wellness costs $150 per month for adults ages 18 to 64. Adding a child ages 12 to 17 to a parent membership costs $50 per month. Adding a spouse or partner to an existing membership costs $125 per month. Members pay no enrollment fee and no copays. A re-enrollment fee of $150 applies if someone rejoins more than 30 days after canceling.

Members receive unlimited visits with no copay, same-day or next-business-day appointments, access to Dr. Brooks via the patient portal, telehealth options, discounted labs and imaging, and discounted medications dispensed from the office. Members also receive discounted medical cannabis evaluations through a partner physician group and 20% off their first IV drip at a neighboring boutique, with 10% off future drips.

Ladder to the Stars Wellness does not accept insurance for office visits or membership fees. The practice operates on a self-pay, cash-pay basis. Dr. Brooks can order labs and imaging through your insurance when applicable.

The practice offers a Standard Primary Care track and a Perinatal Mental Health track. The Primary Care track covers preventive visits, chronic disease management, sick visits, contraception, and menopause management. The Perinatal Mental Health track focuses on pregnant and postpartum women managing mood and anxiety disorders. The Perinatal Mental Health track requires a minimum three-month commitment with frequent in-person and telehealth visits.

Yes. Ladder to the Stars Wellness offers pay-per-visit options for non-members. Acute and sick visits start at $125. Annual wellness exams run $225 to $300 depending on whether a PAP is included. Non-members can also access breastfeeding counseling services without a membership.

Yes. Dr. Brooks offers telehealth visits for appropriate concerns. She also makes house calls for breastfeeding assessments, so new mothers can have an initial breastfeeding visit in the comfort of their own home.

Ladder to the Stars Wellness sees patients ages 12 to 64. The practice does not currently see patients 65 and older. Adolescents ages 12 to 17 can join under a parent membership for $50 per month.

Yes, and membership is not required to access breastfeeding services. Dr. Brooks offers initial breastfeeding assessments, prenatal breastfeeding evaluations, back-to-work visits, and troubleshooting appointments. She also teaches a three-hour breastfeeding prep class for expectant parents and their support persons. The practice partners with La Leche League Pensacola, which meets on the second Wednesday of each month at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola.
