Call the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card. Ask to reassign your care to Cristina Garcia, MD, under Optum Care Network - AppleCare Select. This step allows you to follow Dr. Garcia to her new practice at Optum Downey.

Yes. Dr. Garcia offered virtual physician hours Monday through Friday from 10am to noon. In-person appointments ran from 1pm to 5pm on the same days. Staff remained available on site from 9am to 5pm each weekday.
