Kite Dream Care

Membership at Kite Dream Care costs $175 per month. That fee covers direct communication with your doctor and all office and telehealth visits with no co-pays. The membership fee qualifies for HSA and FSA payment.

The $175 monthly fee includes unlimited office visits, telehealth appointments, and direct doctor communication by text, phone, or email. There are no co-pays. Certain additional services carry separate fees: a 60-minute OMM session costs $150, joint injections cost $10, suture materials cost $30, a house call costs $75, the Educational Health Book Club costs $40, and a 60-minute advanced one-on-one coaching session costs $150.

Kite Dream Care does not bill insurance for primary care services covered by the membership. Patients can use their insurance for labs, medications, specialist visits, and hospitalizations. The practice partners with Beaumont Hospital-Corewell Health for those referrals and orders.

Members text, call, or email their doctor directly. The practice provides same-business-day access, and doctors check messages every two to three hours during business hours. Dr. Baines also checks messages on evenings and weekends.

Yes. Telehealth visits are included in the monthly membership at no extra charge. House calls are also available for an additional fee of $75.

Standard appointments run 60 minutes. Intake appointments for new members typically run 30 to 60 minutes. That length allows doctors to cover each area of concern thoroughly and build a complete picture of your health.

Yes. Both physicians see patients across the full lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Dr. Baines's panel for adult and pediatric patients currently has a waitlist. Prospective patients can request to join that waitlist through the practice.

Yes. Both physicians provide weight loss management and obesity medicine. The practice offers health coaching, lifestyle strategies, and access to compounded medications including semaglutide and tirzepatide through Medivera Compounding Pharmacy in Troy, MI.

Kite Dream Care runs community health challenges for members each quarter. Past challenges have covered posture, a "3 Wins" daily habit practice, mindset work, annual physical completion, meditation, and continuous glucose monitoring. Members receive educational content and track their progress as a group.

Prospective patients can request a free virtual meet-and-greet through the practice's contact page. You can specify a doctor preference when you reach out. The practice uses the HINT platform for booking, and new patients schedule through their chosen doctor's booking link once enrolled.
