About
At Kite Dream Care, two physicians bring goal-driven, collaborative care to families and individuals of all ages. Dr. Jamie Chioini Baines founded the Farmington Hills practice in May 2024. Dr. Alissa Citron joined as a partner, adding deep expertise in midlife women's health and menopause medicine.
The practice pairs family medicine with sports medicine, osteopathic care, health coaching, and performance health. Members reach their doctor by text, phone, or email, with same-business-day responses. Appointments run 60 minutes, and the $175 monthly membership covers all office and telehealth visits with no co-pays. House calls, joint injections, and osteopathic manipulative medicine are available for additional fees. Kite Dream Care also runs quarterly community health challenges for members, covering topics from posture and sleep to continuous glucose monitoring and mindset. The practice partners with Beaumont Hospital-Corewell Health for labs, imaging, and specialist referrals.
