About

At Keystone Natural Family Medicine, nine naturopathic doctors deliver preventive, holistic, root-cause care for patients of all ages. Dr. Kristen Bishop founded the practice in East Mesa around 2012, drawing on a lifelong belief in whole-person medicine. The practice celebrated its 10-year anniversary in 2022 and has since grown into the largest naturopathic clinic in the Phoenix Valley, with locations in East Mesa, Chandler, and Phoenix.

The clinical team combines naturopathic and modern medicine across a wide range of services. Members receive same-day access, 60-minute appointments, and a flat $75 monthly fee that covers office visits, physical exams, EKGs, cold laser therapy, infrared sauna therapy, and spinal adjustments. The practice also offers acupuncture, cupping, IV therapy, PRP, prolotherapy, hormone therapy, micronutrient testing, and robust pediatric care from newborn through adulthood. Patients without a membership pay per visit using the practice's pay-as-you-go option.

Keystone Natural Family Medicine charges $75 per month for membership. That fee covers unlimited office visits, sick visits, physical exams, EKGs, cold laser therapy, infrared sauna therapy, and spinal adjustments. New members commit to a 6-month initial term. After those six months, membership continues on a month-to-month basis with no long-term obligation.

Yes. Keystone offers a pay-as-you-go option for patients who prefer not to join as members. Pay-as-you-go patients pay per visit rather than a flat monthly fee.

New patient visits run 60 minutes. That hour gives your doctor time to review your health history in depth and develop a personalized care plan.

Yes. Keystone offers same-day appointments for its members. The practice structures its model to keep availability high so patients do not wait days or weeks for urgent care.

Yes. Keystone offers telemedicine visits. Patients who have relocated out of Arizona continue to use virtual appointments to maintain care relationships with their Keystone physician.

The $75 monthly fee covers office visits, sick visits, cold laser therapy, infrared sauna therapy, physical and chiropractic adjustments, and EKGs. Members pay discounted rates for acupuncture ($35), cupping ($25), B12 shots ($10), small IV therapy ($50), large IV therapy ($95), minor surgery ($25), and nebulizer treatments ($15).

Yes. Keystone provides full pediatric care from newborn through adolescence. Services include well-child checks at standard milestones and treatment for eczema, reflux, slow weight gain, GI issues, autism, ADD/ADHD, asthma, and other childhood conditions. Several Keystone physicians have specialized pediatric training.

Keystone Natural Family Medicine operates three locations: East Mesa, Chandler, and Phoenix. East Mesa is the original location, and Chandler is the practice's newest and fastest-growing office.

Keystone operates on a direct primary care model and does not bill insurance for membership fees or covered services. The flat monthly fee replaces insurance co-pays and deductibles for primary care. Patients may maintain separate insurance for specialist referrals, imaging, or hospitalization.
