At Kentucky Family Medicine, Dr. Christopher T. D. delivers full-spectrum family medicine to patients in Corbin, Kentucky. He and his wife Catherine P. Stokes co-founded the practice in February 2020. Catherine serves as CEO and Administrator and also designed the practice logo. Dr. Stokes sees patients from infancy through the senior years, with telehealth as the primary mode of care.
The practice runs on a direct primary care model with plans starting at $75 per month. Members receive unlimited visits and most primary care services at no additional cost. Kentucky Family Medicine also offers home visits, on-site testing, after-hours visits, and buprenorphine treatment. The practice monitors voicemail around the clock and returns urgent messages immediately. A member dispensary for medications and supplies is coming soon.

Membership Details
Plans start as low as $75/month with no hidden fees, includes unlimited visits. Most services at KFM are included in the monthly price, including all primary care on-site and telemedicine visits. All services at KFM are at a reduced price for members, including home visits, on-site testing, after-hours visits, and other specialized services. Fees collected monthly via direct withdrawal on the 5th of each month. Medicare and Medicaid patients are not eligible for DPC membership plans.
