Each member receives a thorough annual wellness exam that addresses preventive screenings, hormonal transitions, sexual function, and emotional health. The visit incorporates Pap smears, routine labs, and advanced diagnostics when appropriate. Throughout the year, members access follow-up visits, telehealth, care coordination, and in-office treatments including bone mineral density screening, Morpheus and VTone therapies, and bladder procedures.

The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees. However, third-party services such as labs and diagnostics may qualify for reimbursement through your insurance plan depending on your coverage. The care coordination team provides courtesy billing for out-of-network services to help members navigate reimbursement.

Yes. Dr. Eilber sees members both in person and via telehealth. The practice partners with Monarch to provide after-hours virtual urgent care, so members have access to clinical support outside of regular office hours.

Yes. Daughters of current members up to age 26 may see Dr. Eilber. The annual visit fee is $500 and includes a Pap smear and any routine follow-ups.

The coordinator handles medical record retrieval, specialist referrals, scheduling support, and courtesy billing for out-of-network services. When Dr. Eilber recommends surgical care or additional specialist input, the team manages that coordination on the member's behalf.
