JustDirect offers three membership tiers. The Core Plan runs $39 per month with co-pays and no enrollment fee. The Essential Plan costs $75 per month with a $75 one-time enrollment fee and no co-pays. The Premium Plan is $125 per month with a $125 one-time enrollment fee and no co-pays. All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment.

Membership includes comprehensive primary care visits, preventive care, women's wellness services, immunizations, dermatology procedures, chronic disease management, and lifestyle counseling. Diagnostics such as blood tests, urine analysis, EKGs, X-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds are also included. Members also receive 24/7 telehealth access and same-day appointment availability.

JustDirect does not bill insurance. Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers primary care services directly. This eliminates co-pays and surprise bills for covered services. Members may still carry insurance for hospitalizations, specialist fees, surgeries, and emergency care, which fall outside the membership.

Yes. Every JustDirect membership includes 24/7 telehealth access by phone or video. Members can connect with their care team for acute concerns, chronic condition follow-ups, and general health questions at any time.

Yes. JustDirect offers same-day and walk-in appointments at all six Miami-Dade locations. Members do not need to schedule far in advance for urgent concerns.

JustDirect operates six offices across Miami-Dade County: Little Havana, Hialeah, Kendall, Miami Lakes, North Miami Beach, and Westchester. Members can visit any location for their care.

Yes. All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that period, members who wish to cancel must submit 30 days of written notice. JustDirect does not lock members into long-term contracts beyond the initial period.

Yes. JustDirect maintains an on-site medication dispensary at its locations. The dispensary stocks generic medications including pain medications, antibiotics, diabetic medications, hypertensive medications, and asthma inhalers. This lets members receive prescriptions directly at the visit.

Yes. JustDirect coordinates referrals to specialists in gastroenterology, nephrology, orthopedics, psychiatry, cardiology, oncology, and neurology. Specialist fees fall outside the membership and are not covered by the monthly plan.

Yes. JustDirect staff deliver care in both English and Spanish across its Miami-Dade locations.
