Juniper Health charges $99 per month, plus a one-time $100 registration fee. The membership covers unlimited office and online visits, unlimited access to the healthcare team, annual physicals, EKGs, rapid tests, and discounted labs and diagnostics. There are no co-payments or hidden fees.

Members receive unlimited office and telehealth visits, same-day or next-day appointment availability, and direct access to the healthcare team by phone, text, email, or video. The membership also includes annual lab work for $35, rapid tests for flu, strep, and urinalysis, and discounted rates on labs, imaging, IV nutrition, and health coaching.

Juniper Health does not bill through insurance or involve third-party payers. Members pay a flat monthly fee and receive transparent, upfront pricing on all services. This model allows Dr. Lim to treat multiple concerns in a single visit without insurance restrictions.
