At Izbicki Family Medicine, PC, brothers Dr. Jonathon Izbicki and Dr. Harry Izbicki bring family medicine back to its roots. Erie natives and Cathedral Preparatory School alumni, both doctors trained at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed their residencies at Saint Vincent Health Center. They followed a family tradition of medicine established by their grandfather, Dr. Harry C. Izbicki, DO, and his brother Dr. Robert J. Izbicki, DO. Their practice holds the distinction of being Erie's first Direct Primary Care practice.
Each physician caps their panel at 600 patients. The $95 monthly membership covers unlimited office visits, technology visits via email and text, an annual comprehensive exam, and in-office procedures including EKGs, pulmonary function tests, biopsies, cryosurgery, joint injections, and osteopathic manual treatments. Members pay no co-pays, coinsurances, or deductibles. The practice offers wholesale medications and lab testing, plus discounts on imaging services. Both doctors maintain 24/7 availability, with same-day scheduling and telemedicine options.
