The first visit runs four hours and covers a complete history and physical, comprehensive blood panel, cardiac stress test with VO2max testing, resting EKG, functional movement screening, cognitive and mental health screening, and body composition analysis. The second visit runs two hours and focuses on reviewing results, risk assessment, physician recommendations, exercise prescription, and nutrition consultation.

The initial visit lasts four hours and completes all major diagnostics and screenings in a single session. Patients return for the two-hour follow-up to review every result with the physician.
