About
At Internal Medicine of Washington, Drs. Delia Fine and Veronica DiFresco bring more than 15 years of shared clinical history to a two-doctor practice in Bethesda, MD. Both physicians hold board certification in internal medicine. Both trained at New England Medical Center at Tufts University and later built long careers at practices including Bethesda Physicians and Foxhall Internists. Washingtonian Magazine named each of them a top doctor in her field.
The practice keeps patient panels intentionally small and sees fewer patients each day than a traditional internal medicine office. Drs. Fine and DiFresco prioritize time and relationship-based care, personalizing the medical process for each patient. They offer two membership plans, IMW Select at $2,000 per year and IMW Complete at $2,900 per year, with after-hours on-call access available around the clock. The practice also sees adolescents and young adults ages 16 and older on a fee-for-service basis outside the membership structure.
