Integrity Direct Primary Care

Monthly fees at Integrity Direct Primary Care scale by age. Members aged 18-44 pay $120 per month. Members aged 45-64 pay $100 per month. Members aged 65 and older pay $80 per month. Each membership includes a $200 enrollment fee. Couples who enroll together receive $100 off the enrollment fee. Paying by ACH avoids the $5 per month credit card processing fee. The practice does not charge monthly fees until a member completes their first visit or makes initial contact with their doctor.

The practice opens in August 2026. Pre-enrollment is currently open, with a limited number of spots available. Members who pre-enroll now secure their place before the practice reaches capacity.

Every membership includes 24/7 provider access by phone, text, email, video, and home visits. Members receive an annual comprehensive physical exam with age-appropriate labs, a value of up to $850 per person. Basic in-office procedures, including EKGs, hemoglobin A1c testing, urinalysis, strep and flu testing, cryotherapy, and select joint injections, come at no extra cost. The practice also provides access to wholesale lab pricing up to 90% below standard rates and negotiated imaging at up to 50% off.

Integrity Direct Primary Care does not bill insurance. Members pay a flat monthly fee with no copays or deductibles. The practice recommends that members maintain insurance for hospital care, surgeries, and specialist services outside the scope of primary care. Many members find that a high-deductible health plan pairs well with a DPC membership.

Yes. Members may use their insurance for labs and imaging if they choose. However, Integrity Direct Primary Care has negotiated wholesale lab pricing up to 90% below standard insurance rates and imaging studies at up to 50% off. Many members find that paying cash through the practice costs less than using insurance copays and deductibles.

Yes. Medicare requires patients to sign a form every two years confirming that neither the patient nor the provider will directly bill Medicare for services at the practice. Medicare continues to cover lab testing, imaging, medications, and hospitalizations that the practice orders or recommends.

Members reach their provider at any hour by phone, text, or email. The providers respond promptly to urgent and emergent issues and follow up quickly on non-urgent concerns. Video visits and home visits are also available, depending on schedule.

Each provider caps their panel at 600 patients. The practice enforces this limit strictly so that each member receives thorough, relationship-based care without rushed or overbooked appointments.

Integrity Direct Primary Care plans to launch Women's Health Services in January 2027. A waitlist and interest form are currently open for patients who want early access to updates and appointment availability.
