Huntington Direct Primary Care

Huntington Direct Primary Care offers tiered monthly memberships based on age. Children and teens ages 5 to 18 pay $85 per month. Adults ages 19 to 64 pay $95 per month. Seniors age 65 and older pay $125 per month. Walk-in visits for non-members are also available.

Every membership plan includes unlimited visits, same-or-next-day appointments when available, telehealth options, direct communication with Dr. Andreoni, and care coordination. There are no copays, no deductibles, and no surprise bills. The membership covers the vast majority of primary and acute care services the practice provides.

No. The practice does not bill insurance or contract with any private or public health insurance plans. Members with insurance can still use their coverage for labs, imaging, medications, specialist visits, and emergency or hospital care. The practice negotiates discounted cash-pay rates for many of these services as well.

Yes. Members can use their insurance plans for labs, imaging, and prescriptions at outside facilities. Huntington Direct Primary Care also negotiates discounted cash-pay prices for many of these services. Some members prefer to pay cash directly rather than using their insurance.

The practice does not accept Medicare, Medicare-eligible, or Medicaid patients at this time. Dr. Andreoni hopes to offer this in the future. Interested patients should contact the practice to be notified when this changes.

A few specific services carry additional fees. DOT Physicals cost $125. IV fluids and home visits also carry additional charges beyond the membership fee. Dr. Andreoni discusses any additional costs upfront before proceeding with those services.

Yes. Huntington Direct Primary Care offers telehealth visits as part of every membership. Members can connect with Dr. Andreoni by phone, text, email, or virtual visit. This direct access is available without going through a call center or scheduling through a third party.

The practice asks members to provide 30 days notice before canceling their membership. There is no long-term contract or commitment required to join. The 30-day window allows Dr. Andreoni to complete any outstanding care needs before the membership ends.
