Yes. Dr. Doliner offers telehealth visits for appropriate concerns. Telehealth is available as part of the standard membership at no additional cost.

Membership covers a wide range of primary care services. These include comprehensive annual exams, chronic disease management, preventive care, lifestyle medicine visits, acute care, women's health and gynecological services, mental health support for anxiety and depression, obesity management, nutrition and sleep counseling, and in-office procedures such as EKGs, ear wax removal, rapid strep testing, and urine dipstick testing. Discounted labs and testing are also available.

Yes, Dr. Doliner accepts Medicare patients. The practice has opted out of Medicare billing for primary care services. Medicare patients pay the standard monthly membership fee directly and can still use Medicare for outside care such as specialists, imaging, and hospitalizations.

The office has no waiting room, front desk, or nurses' station. Patients enter through a private entrance with parking directly at the front door. The space includes a personal office for conversations and telehealth visits, a modern exam room, and a consultation room for less clinical discussions. Dr. Doliner designed the office for direct, unhurried interaction.

Members reach Dr. Doliner directly by phone, text, or email. She is available after hours and on weekends. This direct access is included as part of every membership.

Yes. Hershey Primary Care uses an independent electronic health record that only Dr. Doliner and dedicated practice staff can access. The practice does not share records with major health systems or insurance companies.
