Hearthstone Family Care

Adults pay $125 per month. Children enrolled with an adult member in the same household pay $65 per month. A child not enrolled with an adult member in the household pays $125 per month. Hearthstone charges no enrollment fee, no co-pays, and no hidden fees.

Members receive unlimited primary care visits, same-day or next-day appointments, extended visit times, in-office lab draws, wholesale cash-pay pricing on labs, imaging, and prescriptions, access to the member-only medical dispensary for discounted generic medications, Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy, minor procedures, and nutrition counseling. The membership covers all primary care services with no per-visit charges.

The membership fee does not run through insurance, and Hearthstone does not bill insurance for primary care services. The practice cannot accept Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, CHIP, or other federal health programs. Many members pair their Hearthstone membership with a high-deductible health plan for catastrophic and hospital coverage.

Yes. Dr. Miller cares for patients of all ages, including newborns. Families can enroll all household members under one practice, with a reduced child membership rate available when children enroll alongside an adult member.
