The Gold plan costs $95 per month and adds Saturday virtual visits, access to Dr. Sharma's personal number, and a home visit option at $25 per visit. The Platinum plan costs $125 per month and includes unlimited virtual visits seven days a week, four free home visits per year, and additional visits at $10 each. All new members pay a one-time $95 enrollment fee, which HealthWinds waives with a 3- or 6-month prepayment.

No. HealthWinds charges no co-pays and sends no surprise bills. Your monthly membership fee covers your visits and direct access to Dr. Sharma. You pay a predictable flat rate regardless of how often you use the practice.

Yes. HealthWinds memberships run month to month. You can cancel at any time by submitting written notice. There are no long-term contracts required.

HealthWinds recommends that members maintain insurance for specialist visits, emergency care, hospitalization, and imaging done outside the practice. Many members choose a lower-cost, high-deductible plan alongside their HealthWinds membership. The practice handles primary care directly and does not bill insurance for membership fees.

HealthWinds offers a complimentary intro call where you can learn how the practice works, ask questions, and check availability. You can book that call directly through the HealthWinds website. The practice currently accepts new patients.

Yes. HealthWinds operates as a virtual-first practice, delivering care through secure video visits, phone consultations, and direct text messaging. Telehealth visits currently serve patients physically located in Illinois. The practice is actively expanding to additional states.

Yes. Dr. Sharma offers home visits for eligible members in Naperville and the surrounding Chicago suburbs. Gold members pay $25 per home visit. Platinum members receive four home visits per year at no extra charge, with additional visits at $10 each. Home visits are subject to geographic availability.

Every membership includes unlimited virtual visits, direct text and phone access to Dr. Sharma, personalized care plans, lab coordination and results review, medication management, preventive care, chronic disease support, behavioral health integration, and coordination with specialists and imaging centers. Gold and Platinum members also gain access to Dr. Sharma's personal number and home visit options.

Yes. HealthWinds serves adults and children ages 5 and up. Dr. Sharma provides family medicine for patients across a wide age range, including preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic condition management for younger members.

Yes. Eligible HealthWinds members save on labs and imaging. Dr. Sharma coordinates lab orders and reviews results directly with members as part of the ongoing care relationship.
