Membership costs $99 per month per individual. Dependents under 18 years old pay $50 per month. The practice charges a one-time, non-refundable $99 registration fee per household. Yes. Health and Healing Direct Primary Care requires no contracts. Members can cancel at any time by notifying the office. If you choose to rejoin after canceling, the practice asks you to pay the registration fee again.

The practice does not accept any health insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. Medicare patients sign a waiver every two years confirming that neither the patient nor the doctor will bill Medicare directly. The practice encourages members to pair DPC membership with a high-deductible health plan for coverage of serious or unanticipated medical events.

Dr. Beronie Richardson currently accepts new patients. Prospective patients can enroll directly through the practice website. Dr. Aimee Ostick maintains a waitlist, and interested patients can add their names through the waitlist form on the site.

Membership covers a wide range of services with no per-visit co-pays. These include comprehensive annual exams, preventive care, gynecologic care, chronic disease management, sports and school physicals, urgent care visits, laceration repair, EKG, joint injections, cryotherapy, skin biopsies, nebulizer treatments, dietary counseling, and more. Same-day appointments, telemedicine, and house calls are also available to members.

Yes. The practice offers telemedicine visits and house calls in addition to in-office appointments. Members can also reach the practice by phone, text, and email for added flexibility.

Health and Healing Direct Primary Care maintains full price transparency on lab work. Members pay a $5 lab draw fee, and some labs cost up to 90% less than standard rates. The practice coordinates radiology through a third-party company at cash prices: MRIs start at $325, CT scans at $275, ultrasounds at $150, and X-rays between $40 and $75.

Yes. Dr. Ostick offers menopausal hormone therapy evaluations for women, and Dr. Richardson provides testosterone therapy evaluations for men. Members pay $250 for an initial hormonal evaluation, with follow-up visits included in their membership. Non-members pay $450 for the initial visit and $150 per follow-up.

Yes. Health and Healing Direct Primary Care partners with Sedera Health and Zion Health. Both are medical cost-sharing communities that pair well with DPC membership to provide broader coverage for services outside the scope of primary care.

The practice cares for patients of all ages, from newborns and children through adolescents and adults. Both physicians have training in family medicine and see the full spectrum of ages. Pediatric care, adolescent medicine, and adult chronic disease management all fall within the practice's scope.
