Harbour Direct Primary Care charges $119 per month for membership. The practice collects a one-time enrollment fee at the time of contract signing. Your first monthly installment is due when you schedule your first appointment and is prorated. The practice does not bill insurance for primary care membership. Members pay a flat monthly fee directly to the practice, which eliminates insurance involvement from routine care. If you carry health insurance, you can still use it for services outside the practice, such as specialist referrals, hospitalizations, or prescriptions.

Members receive same-day or next-day appointments with Dr. Regan at no extra visit fee. The practice also provides telehealth consultations, home visits, and in-office care. In-house rapid diagnostics cover urinalysis, pregnancy, strep, influenza, COVID-19, UTI, and STI testing. Membership covers the full scope of Dr. Regan's primary care services, including acute care, annual physicals, geriatric medicine, and pediatrics.

The primary care panel is currently full and not accepting new primary care members. However, aesthetic and wellness treatments remain open to new patients. You can schedule EMFACE, Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, Botox, RF microneedling, medical weight loss, and other aesthetic services without a primary care membership.

Dr. Regan works with patients to find the right approach based on their health history and goals. Weight loss injection appointments take approximately 30 minutes and require no downtime.
