Hadian Medical charges $75 per month for adults and $25 per month for children under 18. The flat monthly fee covers unlimited visits, direct access to Dr. Hadian, chronic condition management, annual physicals, and basic in-office procedures. There are no copays, no per-visit charges, and no facility fees.

Yes. Hadian Medical operates on a month-to-month basis. Members can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.

Most members pair their membership with a high-deductible or catastrophic insurance plan for hospital stays, specialist care, or surgeries. Dr. Hadian is happy to talk through how the two fit together before you join.

Dr. Hadian orders labs and imaging as needed. Per New York State law, the lab or imaging facility bills patients directly for those services. The monthly membership covers the visit and the order itself, not the lab or imaging cost.

Same or next-day appointments are nearly always available at Hadian Medical. Members can self-schedule through the patient portal. Office hours run Monday through Friday, with times varying week to week as the practice gets established.

Yes. Hadian Medical offers a free, no-commitment meet and greet. Prospective patients can visit the office, meet Dr. Hadian, ask questions, and decide afterward whether to enroll. There is no obligation to join.

Yes. Children under 18 can enroll alongside a parent for $25 per month. The children's membership includes well-child visits, sick visits, and school forms. All visits are with Dr. Hadian directly.
