Gold Country Direct Primary Care

Individual membership at Gold Country Direct Primary Care costs $65 per month. A two-person family plan runs $115 per month, and a family of up to four pays $200 per month. Each additional child or adult between ages 5 and 25 adds $45 per month. Small businesses with 5 to 20 employees can enroll their team at $55 per person per month. A Home Visit Only Plan is also available at $150 per month.

The membership covers unlimited office visits, same-day and next-day appointment access, and direct contact with Dr. Patterson by phone, text, and email. It also includes a broad list of in-office procedures such as joint injections, sutures, skin biopsies, ear lavage, pap smears, and allergy shots. The practice charges no co-pays and does not bill insurance.

Gold Country Direct Primary Care does not bill insurance or Medicare. The monthly membership fee covers all included services directly. Members may still carry insurance for services outside the practice, such as specialist visits, hospitalizations, or imaging, but the membership itself operates outside of insurance entirely.

To join, download and complete the Membership Plan Application and Membership Agreement form from the Gold Country Direct Primary Care website. com or mail them to the practice at PO Box 1177, San Andreas, CA 95249. Dr. Patterson reviews applications and confirms availability within one to two days. You can also stop by the office in person to pick up the forms.

Standard visits run 15 to 30 minutes. Patients who need more time can request appointments of up to one hour. Dr. Patterson guarantees same-day and next-day availability Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Yes. Dr. Patterson offers telemedicine visits for appropriate concerns. Members can also reach him directly by phone or secure text messaging Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, making it easy to address questions without an in-office visit.

Yes. Gold Country Direct Primary Care offers a Home Visit Only Plan for patients who prefer care at home. This plan costs $150 per month and gives members access to Dr. Patterson's primary care services without coming into the office.

The practice automatically debits the monthly membership fee from a checking account or credit card. ACH transactions from a checking account carry no service charge. 5% service fee.

Patients pay separately for any laboratory or pathology reading fees and for certain injectable medications beyond the included set.
