At Gina Brar, MD, FACP, every patient sees Dr. Brar personally at every visit. That consistency has defined her Fresno practice since she began seeing patients in 1995. She brings more than 25 years of internal medicine experience to each appointment. Dr. Brar offers two paths for patients: a traditional practice option and a concierge program called Concierge Choice. Concierge members receive same-day and next-day appointments, direct phone access, email communication, and personal specialist referral coordination. The practice treats adults managing diabetes, hypertension, obesity, heart disease, depression, and migraines, with preventive medicine as the central focus.
