Beginning July 20, 2026, Dr. Hart also sees patients in downtown West Palm Beach through his affiliation with Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) Florida.

Yes. Same-day appointments are available through the Concierge Orthopedics service. Patients enrolled in the concierge program receive same-day or next-day access. The practice also accepts online appointment requests for standard scheduling.

Yes. Dr. Hart offers several non-surgical options for arthritis, including cortisone injections, viscosupplementation, and platelet-rich plasma injections. Physical therapy is also available. Dr. Hart builds individual treatment plans and pursues these options before considering surgery.

Yes. Dr. Hart performs outpatient total hip and total knee replacement, allowing patients to recover at home. He performs these procedures at Palms Wellington Surgical Center and, beginning July 2026, at the HSS West Palm Beach Surgery Center.

The practice offers a first visit guide, patient forms, surgery preparation instructions, post-op instructions, and medication guidance. Patient education videos are also available online. These resources help patients understand what to expect before and after their procedure.
