About

At Frontier Pediatric Care, Dr. Phil Boucher delivers direct primary care pediatrics in Lincoln, Nebraska. He founded the practice as Nebraska's first pediatric direct primary care practice. His goal was to build a place where modern medicine meets old-fashioned personalized care. The practice serves children from newborns through adolescents. Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers unlimited visits, vaccinations, physicals, developmental screenings, chronic condition management, and more. No copays and no surprise bills. Two lactation counselors on staff support new families. The team makes in-home visits after hospital discharge for newborns. In 2025, Frontier Pediatric Care launched an insurance-based specialty clinic for ADHD, autism, behavioral health, and allergy evaluations. Parents can text the practice around the clock with questions. Saturday morning sick visits and late Tuesday evening appointments expand access for busy families.
