About
At Front Porch Family Medicine, Dr. Stephanie Phillips delivers primary care with a wide reach into functional, integrative, and performance medicine. She co-founded the practice in Royston, Georgia in 2022 alongside practice manager Eric Lovin. The two began with just three patients, seeing them on Saturdays. Today the practice carries a panel of up to 500 members.
The clinical range here goes well beyond routine primary care. Dr. Phillips offers family medicine, chronic disease management, and urgent care alongside advanced services like peptide therapy, IV nutrition, perineural injection therapy, osteopathic manipulative therapy, bio-identical hormone replacement, and GLP-1 weight loss. A dedicated Performance and Aesthetics branch features the Alma TED hair restoration system and the Alma Harmony XL Pro laser. Integrated mental health counseling and medicinal cannabis education round out the care team. The practice also maintains employer health partnerships and a campus DPC program with Emmanuel University.
